Ok let me be more specific, the LAN is in another state, I have access to their website, but there are certain features you can only use if you are on the LAN, more specifically in the office. How do I make their system think I am in the office?

you don't need a hacker, you need someone who knows anything about basic networking - which is probably anyone older than about 13. ask around at junior school.

EDIT:
you'd need to be on the internal side of their firewall, either by a remote connection like VPN etc if the lan has such a thing, or making a connection through other less 'friendly' means.

oh i should point out the obvious, in that just because you have a username and password for their *website* doesn't mean you have a username and password for their *lan*, a website and a local area network (normally) aren't even connected and the website is hosted not in their own network but on a seperate server, which doesn't have to be in the same country - unless you've details to the contrary of course. :)

I met this hacker, he works with (NASA) his job is to counter hack hackers, he hacks into any account ranging from Facebook, Twitter, instagram, whatsapp etc, wipes criminal records, bad driving records, phone records, tracks calls, background checks, phone tracking. He is highly classified, if you are not serious don't mail him please. He provides proof of legitimacy and does his work before collecting payment. Here is his email (dongfang377@yahoo.com) He is Chinese but speaks fluent English.

"I need to get to the LAN to login, anyone" Take a laptop to the LAN and plug in a network cable...

From your question though I think you're going to have a hard time doing that... and that's not because it's difficult. :)
