I have been pregnant nine times, with six healthy children to show for it. :) Out of all of those pregnancies, I had implantation bleeding maybe 3 times, always around day 7 or 8 post-conception. More common for me was implantation cramping (same time frame).

Either way, it was something I was tuned into my body with, because I knew my fertile cycle inside out, even to where I can feel which side I ovulate from most months, and could tell which side the baby implanted on when I did get pregnant.

I hope this is helpful!

Between 10 and 14 days after you've conceived. Which would mean the implantation bleeding would be due roughly when your period is due. It usually only lasts a couple of days.

I had implantation bleeding 4 weeks after the first day of my last period. It was brown and lasted for 2-3 days. It was only when I wiped. I don't know the exact day we had sex and conceived, because we had sex every day that cycle.

I think for me it was a couple days later. Im 14 weeks and 2 days now. With my first pregnancy i had none, so this for me was something different.

The bleed is usually pinkish is colour and may be a little brown also.

Good luck.
