I would because the scratch off is the worst lottery game you can play.Most people never look into the odds on games.I have and the scratch offs return the less amount to the player.The odds of winning are also not very good. If you must play state games try Take Five. Better odds and more money returned to the player.I feel you should save your dollars and go to the casino and let them comp you on your play.If you lose you still get a meal and a show.My Dad gets zero for the thousands of dollars he loses on scratch offs One last thing Good luck we all need it.
