A woman has illegally pulled my credit report, ran a DMV on my vehicle and created a Yahoo account so she could pose as a man to chat with me. All things to find out personal things about me. Do I have grounds for legal action? I contacted her employer regarding the credit report and she was fired, but she still has not stopped.

Yes, you totally have grounds for legal action - she would have to impersonate either you or a police officer to get your credit report and DMV record, so she's definitely guiltly of that and possibly identity theft (even if she hasn't used the information). Call a lawyer ASAP.

Oh my! Yes, you need to take legal action. It is stalking AND invasion of privacy. She can face some serious charges for all of the above. I would do it ASAP. Contact also your bank/creditors everyone that you think she could possibly get ahold of; including the phone company and cell phone companies.

And call the credit fraud to put an alert on all your accounts to make sure that you are not charged for any of her activity.
Also file a police report.

Can you red flag any credit cards, sounds like stalking, I also worry about stealing your identity and running you into the ground financially. Sounds like you may have her name, can you go to the police and report this?

You need to go to the police and get a restraining order. You have grounds for criminal action, specifically identity theft.

I think it's time you get the authorities involved. And yes you have grounds for legal action.
What are you waiting for?Get with it before she does God knows what else to you or before she does it to someone else.
Sounds like one sick lady to me and you need to do something about it now!!!
