Has anyone on Club Peguin seen Rockhopper the pirate peguin?

I have been searching every time he hits land but i never see him.If u have seen him tell me the server and where.PLEASE IM DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it doesnt matter wut server just stay on his ship and u will see him soon.
