If someone got a hold of your password to a site on the internet, then yes, they still have your password.

Restoring your computer will not do anything to a site that is hosted on the internet.

Your best bet would be to go through the "forgot password" directions that are usually underneath the login fields. From there you might be able to reset your password to something more secure.

Remember, password strength relies on what you choose to be your password. If your password is a word, I can guarantee you that someone can fairly easily take a guess and figure it out.

Ideally, you need to have numbers and letters in your password and not have it be a common word.

yes, if you were 'hacked' you probably still are.

the only way to tell is to run a full scan using your antivirus software, and also do a full spyware scan too.

if you didn't change any of your passwords then restoring your pc will have no effect because passwords for websites aren't stored on your pc, they're stored on the website's servers.
