Well the "official hottest club in America" was Pure at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas but as a former resident of Vegas, I can tell you that Pure is played the eff out.
Tao at the Venetian, Jet at the Mirage, and Body English at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino are WAAAAY better than lame Pure.

I hear some of the ones in St. Louis, MO are pretty cool. The only one I've been to while visiting the area is a small one inside Morgan Street Brewery on Laclede's Landing. I had fun.
