I have the MSA Math tomorrow and Wednesday. I was wondering what are some good things to do before, during, and after the test?

Relax a lot the night before. Watch a movie, eat some popcorn, anything that will take your mind someplace else. In the morning, eat 1 whole Red Delicious apple. If you've ever heard that an apple will wake you up better than Caffeine, then I am here to tell you that it is true! Afterwards, take yourself out to do something fun. That way, your brain has time to cool down. Don't worry about the grade, and you will do fine! :-)

- Sleep well (believe it or not sleep helps the mind store memory)
- Eat well
- Bring a stressball or small object
-Stay calm and reward yourself afterwards.
