Im a month pregnate with my 2nd child and I have been getting sharp pains and sometimes makes it hard to breathe this has been going on for the month Ive been pregnate and I have no appetite and sometimes im not myself. I know its not a miscarrage because I havent bleed at all!!! Ive never had this problem with my 1st baby!!!!

Possible you are having an ectopic pregnancy.... a tubal pregnancy, where instead of being in the womb, the egg has fertilized in the fallopian tube, go get checked by your doctor immediately to rule this out.

Hun, you need to see your Dr. You may have a tubal pregnancy. That is where the baby is growing in a fallopian tube instead of inside your vagina. I do not want to alarm you but I do think it is necessary to see your Dr as soon as possible. Remember, each pregnancy is different, ask any Mother that has had more the 2 children. HI, i had the same pains when i was 4.5 weeks. This too is my second pregnancy. It felt like period pain but more severe. I was told if a m/c was going to occur then you would bleed so not to worry about it.
Please try not to worry, i know its hard cause you are scared, but try to relax. This should help.
The other option is to have an altrasound and make sure all is ok so you dont worry yourself too much.

contact your doctor or midwife as soon as you can . just becouse you are not bleeding does not mean everything is ok. i am sorry to worry you even more but my daughter was unwell with her first and it died inside her. she saw a dotcor and was told it was normal but then found out several weeks later that the baby was dead inside her and she also found out that it had died at aprox 7/8 weeks. this may not be the problem for you but to be save and to be sure get medical attention as soon as you can and i hope all goes well for you.p.s my daughter now has 7 healthy children with baby eight on the way.

You need to check it out because maybe it is gas or who knows, something more serious may be brewing, be safe and get it checked out by your doctor to avoid tradgedy.
