I named my daughter Casey Renee, so I think Casey is more of a girl's name. It's short and peppy like most girls. But I meet as many female Caseys as I meet male Casey's and both genders are most commonly spelled with a C.

Casey for a boy. It's a good name. It makes me think of a friendly, fun, and easy going person.

Good luck!
