Here on Maui most everyone takes off their shoes when entering a house or apartment, makes no difference to the opposite sex.

No, I always go barefoot. While I never wear any footwear so the actual 'taking off my shoes' hasn't happened in ten years, I don't mind being barefoot among people of any age, sex or culture. I don't think of it as a sexy thing anyhow, I'm just barefoot for comfort and the like, not to draw attention from the opposite sex.

No not to me. I live in Sweden now(from the US) and here everyone takes their shoes off when going to someones house. You would think we were in China or something but that is the way things are here.

When i was younger...i hated my feet, toes, everything. I'm talking i would go on all summer with socks and sneakers..I have no idea why i was like that. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with my feet. As i got older, the pedicures start and you develop self-esteem, and now i can't stand not to wear open toes or flip flops

Yes. I would not take off my shoes if anyone were present. I don't do that. My feet and toes are not pretty.

I will take off my shoes no matter who is next to me. Makes no difference what gender is by me.

No, my friends, male and female, go barefoot all the time. We're in drama, and we have a common dressing room, so we've removed worse articles of clothing infront of each other before.
