NOAA's National Weather Service websites provide forecasts for the north Atlantic. Start with National Weather Service.com

Here's the site: http://www.nws.noaa.gov/

scroll down to Forecasts, select Marine, select Marine Text forecasts, finally select High Seas Marine Text forecasts.
