Morris Day and the Time - The Bird / Jungle Love (dancing like Morris Day, hands on belt buckle and slide..)

Prince - I would die 4 U (complete with hand sign pantomines involving 4 fingers, gun to temple..)

1962 graduate, so ELVIS--Ricky Nelson---Buddy Holley, Ike and Tina Turner, Annette Funicello, Connie Francis, Fabian, Pat Boone, Frankie Avalon, Bobby Rydell, Dick Clark's American Bandstand, Richie Valens, Chuck Berry, The Drifters, The Sherells, Ivory Joe Hunter, Tab Hunter, Chubby Checker. The twist dance craze, The Diamonds--the Stroll, The Platters(what a beautiful Sound).The Coasters, Hank Ballard & the Midnighters. 100's others--Those were the Days. any song by any of these were instant hits. I must have had 1000 45's. Maybe 100 albums. wish I had kept them.....

I don't remember as we are talking 50 years ago. I did go to square dances &
haven't a clue what the songs were. All I remember was Elvis and a couple more.

Ha ha! "Ice ice baby" by Vanilla Ice. Other one's of note included achy breaky heart, Thriller and that annoying song 500 miles by that Scottish duo..
