You haven't learned a darn thing in school apparently. Pull out a copy of the US Constitution. It is described in that document. I could give you the Article and Section but ou wouldn't learn a thing by my doing your work. Honestly...everything doesn't involve the Internet. Besides...Internet petitions have NO legal standing.

just write your favorite Democrat politician and ask them to push the issue. That will do as much good as anything else. He will be taken out of power in 08 and not before unless something happens to him.
