it's supposed to be like Abu Ghraib because of innocent people there.

The bit about the toilet paper sounds too much like "V for Vendetta"
And it is obvious from the synopsis that it is a commentary on such places now.
It could be a workable plot if you have a good character who can generate sympathy, but you might need to press it a bit farther into the future. 30 years? There would still be enough of us alive who would find that appalling, many of which would be in politics by then, that you'd have to come up with a really good conspiracy theory for that to happen.

What's your question?
I think it's an interesting idea, even if it's been done before. If you wanted some inspiration from books like it, try checking out 1984, Animal Farm, Fahrenheit 451, or anything by Ayn Rand.
And 'Atonio'? I think you mean Antonio.

Good luck, but to me it kind of sounds like a pastiche of a lot of books put together. Slaughterhouse Five, Animal Farm, 1984 and maybe a little bit of the amazing old English
TV series The Prisoner weaved in. It's what you to to make it original that will decide its merit. C.

Too V for Vendetta. Maybe you could have one of the cellmates be an actual terrorist. And they work together compromising their beliefs to kill the president. It'd be ironic like how Americans and terrorists want Bush dead. When it's over they can go back to fighting each other.

it seems very interesting, but it also seems like it might take a little longer than by 2037 for the us to switch gears into total fascism. that's the only qualm i have. other than that, i say go for it, and happy writing :)
