Too early to tell.
NL Favorites - No Clear front runner yet. Maybe Phillies or Mets.
AL Favorites - Tigers, Yankees, White Sox, Red Sox, Angels - too many good teams. The AL East and AL Central will be a battle all year. Which may wear them down and give an NL team a shot.
Then again look at the last 4 winners Florida, BoSox, ChiSox, and Cardinals. Did anyone really think they would win at the beginning of those seasons? Not Really....I think the baseball world will have a suprise winner once again.
Maybe its finally the year for Cubs fans...although it will take a major trade or two to help their pitching and defense.

I think it will be Cardinals v.s either the Yankees or the Red Sox. And I think the Cards will get lucky again and win. And I'm not just saying Cardinals because I live in St.Louis, but I say the Cards because even though we don't have any pitchers except for Carpenter, We have excellent fielding. We may not have the best, but really really good. Eckstein at SS, Albert at 1base, Jim Edmonds at Center field, and Rolen at 3 base. Sure the Yankees and Sox have really good fielders also, but it seems to me that whenever the Cards need a win, they play their hearts out and win it. So I think that The cards will pull out another World Series.

It is impossible to tell you now with injuries and all stuff like that, but I can make some predictions. Obviously its the Mets. They are clearly the best team in baseball and the only reason the Cardinals won last year was because they got lucky with the Mets having so many injuries. Thats why you cant say who will win because of injuries and you never know what will happen to a team. Lets Go Mets!!!

Again, the team with the most wins in the playoffs! How can anyone possibly know at this or any other point until it's over. This question, and all other questions like it, should ask:
Who do you THINK will win the WS in 2007.
Now as for me, I'm hoping it's the Yankees.

The yankees. they have the most deadliest line up in baseball, in the past 20 years. They have a pretty young pitching staff as well. mariano can give tons of advice to new comers, on how to deal with the pressure, and to just concentrate on the catcher. Jeter will be MVP in the all star game, AL MVP, and world series MVP,

I say the Mets, they have the best lineup in the NL and can match up with any one in the AL and chances are they will have a healthy Pedro for a playoff run this year

Red Sox. They have one of the top rotations in the major leagues and their lineup has improved some much in the past year.
