she has been taking perkacet every 4 hours since she got out of hospital because pain was severe..i have been reading other post and she didn't hit her head or any head trama...just curious if anyone has any answers

If you haven't taken her to the doctor already do so right away. Signs of a stroke include but are not limited to pupil dilation, weakness or paralysis on one side, slurred speech, and facial drooping. Could be a reaction to the anesthesia. I've had strange reactions to that stuff. She needs to tell her doctor though.
