What your favorite? Can I make a coffee table?

As a kid I made stamps out of them, cut one in two, then cut out a simple picture (well, leave the picture and cut out everything around it, actually), put a bit of paint on a dish and stamp away...
I think that's the only non-food use I've ever put potatoes to.

I am thinking a coffee table is stretching it a bit. You can make a print from one, cut in half and etch out a pattern and dip in paint, apply to fabric or whatever you want.
