My blinkers get stuck and only blink when I move them around a bit. I need to fix them quick. But how much?

Sounds like the switch is a problem, if they start working when you jiggle it. part should be cheap but that depends on what kind of car, year model, etc...older cars are a breeze to do, new cars can be tough.

I think what you REALLY mean is that the lever on your steering column gets stuck..(not the blinkers). Usually that is caused by the plastic actuator located inside of the steering column.

Its an easy fix, but it requires pulling the steering wheel off and and THAT, in turn, requires a wheel puller.

If you have access to auto tools then the matter is generally easy, but if you have a friend that is handy with tools and equipment it would be better to ask them to do this.

The part, itself, is generally available at almost any automobile shop (kragen, etc...) for a couple of bucks and once installed should return your blinkers to a thing of intermittent beauty (grin).

The blinker, aka, flasher (!), is usually sold in autoparts stores and Walmart for about a $1.50.
