The formula given:

FA=F1X1 + F2 + X2 + WsXcg + F3X3 - (F1+F2+Ws+F3)XB/
(XA - XB)

The data measured/given/calculated:
Ws=1.49352N(newtons)
F1=1.67776N
F2=1.666N
F3=1.8874N
X1= 10cm
X2=40cm
X3=90cm
XA=.448kg
XB=.342kg
Xcg=50cm
I basically have to substitute numbers here but when i try to resolve it the answer doesnt match with this:

FA'=4.39

The answer must be somewhere along this amount since this is the experimental answer. Im looking for the numeric answer(the very especific right answer)

Any ideas?Hints? Thanks

Check your math and equation, the units don't work out. You have the first term F1X1 in the units of N cm added to a term F2 in N and added to a term X2 in cm. You can't do this operation, the units don't match.

I didnt do the math, but it seems odd that you have that x2 term (in cm) just being added yet you're supposed to end up with a force (in Newtons)...shouldnt that be multiplied with a Work factor or something?
