Mr. Elmer: I recommmend you make your questions in spanish. Yahoo rules says anybody can't do that english ones in spanish sites in YR and visceversa, or you're committing an infraction. Some of the users against your ideas are just seeking for you (and other outstanding questioners) waiting to do it with vendetta annoying purpouses 'til you make that infraction(s).
Answering your question, by the way, the answer is: no, you don't. You can do the questions you want (without ofenses, of course), it's only that there are that involuted people without any sense of what to do the best with their time other than wasting it erasing questions, reporting to yahoo, disqualifying, etc. Greetings, my friend.

Thats OK I was banned on Yahoo Answers French site. For posting the following question:
