I was for sure they'd beat USC. I had em in the Final Four!!! Why do think they lost.

Threw away one of my brackets, had them winning it all. Lucky for me, I'm in a few other ones and wasn't stupid enough to take them in any more of them.
Not surprised by the loss, they didn't have anybody but Durant and therefore all the other teams had to do is shut him down. Although I don't think 30 pts. was quite shutting down.
Heard a statement on Sportscenter, they said the opposing team should play Box & 1 defense, put the Box on Durant and have one person guard the other 4 players. Pretty much sums up Texas' ability. They totally rode on one man's shoulders without any role players helping them to win games.

USC has 11 losses because they're up and down. When they're up they can play with and beat anybody. UCLA needed a last second shot to beat them last time they played. When they're down they lose to Arizona St., the worst team in the Pac 10. We'll see who shows up this week, but it seems like they're starting to put it together. If they are, UNC is in for a dogfight.

I think the majority took Texas (including me). I'm interested in seeing what USC can do against North Carolina, especially if they're playing this well.

its not a shocker. texas isnt that good of a team. all you have to do is defend kevin durant, and make sure they cant get any 3's off, and they suck. and usc did a beautiful job of it. and their fans were even worse - there were barely any texas fans in the arena near the end of the game. im glad they lost.

I think it sucks for Durant. He was putting up crazy numbers. But last I heard he has a Nike contract for 50m. Now maybe Danny Ainge can sit next to his mom?

yea I had texas over USC..but they are still a young team that's gonna suck next cause Durrant is going to the NBA...go Ohio State!

i had them in the final four, but since they are a young team its understandable. sucks for durant because he is an awesome player.
