1.Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.

2.Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.

3.On the General tab, click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files.

4.In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all
offline content check box , and then click OK.

5.Click OK

Another way:

1.On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.

2.On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.

Then Click OK, and then click OK again.

Depends on the browser. In Firefox it's Tools>Clear Private Data and I believe they call it Cache. In Internet Explorer it's Tools>Internet Options. From there the Temporary Files section is in the middle. Just click Delete Files and that's it. You can also delete the cookies that way.

If you have windows XP: click START, click CONTROL PANEL, click PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE, in the first section where it says to pick a task, you click FREE UP SPACE ON YOUR HARD DISK, then a smaller box will pop up asking you to SELECT DRIVE and you choose the drive you want to clean up (usually it's the C drive) then click OK. Another small box will pop up showing you that the clean up utility is calculating how much space you will regain, and when it's done a final box will pop up showing you a list of files that can be removed. Go over the list and make sure that the boxes for TEMPORARY FILES and TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES both have a check mark in them. Then you just click OK.

I do this once everyday by going to Start, programs and doing a disk cleanup and then where it says temporary files click show files and it will show your files and then push and hold CTRL and click your mouse over the files and then click your mouse once and pull down to where the word delete shows up and click it to take files to recycle bin. And ALWAYS CLEAN OUT YOUR RECYCLE BIN.
