Are you a little overweight in the thigh department, closeness of the legs causes it, wash regularly and dry with a hair dryer, do not want to encourage a fungus.

Possibly your clothing, in particular your underwear. Stay away from polyester and wear 100% cotton.

too much heat probably. wear cotton undies and use a good talc to soak up the moisture.

Everyone is different. If you wear briefs, try wearing white/cotton, not colored ones. Dark colors attract body heat.
