zillow.com will let u know FMV(alu)
but i have also found it to be skewed in that recent sales will jack up prices- but pretty accurate for comps in that general area. All u need are zip codes to get an area
Then go to www.foreclosures.com and or forclosure.com and theres enough info there to keep u busy
