You have ONE bulb that is burned out. The flasher relay knows this and is telling you to check the bulbs. (right side).

Put the right turn signal on. Step out of the car and walk around it. See which bulb is NOT WORKING?
Replace it, or have a friend do it, and the fast fast blinking will stop.

Oh, yes...first, just give it a slap with your hand. It may just be loose in the bulb socket. And it may work again by itself.

THIS PERSON MEANS it is blinking fast on the dashboard indicator.

If the blinker bulb is burned out, it won't blink at all. The REAL problem is that you have the wrong type bulb in the right blinker. Pull the left bulb or check your operators guide and replace the right bulb with the proper wattage bulb.

Either your front or rear bulb is burned out, thats why it blinks so fast.

You have a burned out bulb on the right side.
