Theatre's... proper old theatres rather than modern buildings
Big stations, like Euston in London, I like people watching!
Also, side walk cafes. for the same reason

I like shopping centres when they are quiet eg first thing in the morning just as the shops open, and if there is a nice cafe its a great place to people watch. Also, empty cinemas and train stations which have a big concourse, Euston as previously mentioned and Glasgow Central.

Train stations, definitely. I also like the tunnel between B Concourse and C Concourse at Chicago's O'Hare Airport, with its lightshow. I like atriums, most especially multi-story ones, and courtyards. I love the Minneapolis Skyway...the shopping mall that crosses above the streets of downtown and connects all the major buildings so you don't have to go outdoors in the wintertime.
