Hey, My mom is having a baby and we do not know the sex of the baby. We have decided that if it's a boy we will name it Ishaan but we don't know what to name it if it's a girl. Any indian names (i'm sikh but i don't mind hindu, muslim names either) nothing too traditional i want something a little bit more modern as i live in Canada and want people to be able to pronounce it.

I'm not sure the origin, but I have a Indian friend named Nitara and she usually doesn't have problems with people pronouncing her name.
