I am an affiliate with them and they are not paying me my money due. They also have a sister website which seems to be closing down. They are still due to award lots of prizes of which they have £2000 - £3000 of bids, but it looks like they are going to take the money and run. What can I do to report these fraudsters?

it really depends on the vertical that you are in as to whom your regulatory body is.
If you know who that is report it to them- also check your own T's & C's as they might have every right to not pay out if the Legal Entity is shutting down.
If you don't get any joy with the regulatory body then you should be able to contact the relevant government Ombudsman for a final verdict on the matter.
