Hypnos is the greek god of sleep.
Oneroi are the gods of dreams. These sons of Hypnos included Morpheus (shaper of dreams), Ikelos (realistic dreams), Phantasos (strange dreams) and Phobetor (frightening dreams).
Great thanks to author Sherrilyn Kenyon who introduced the Oneroi in her dreamhunter books.
