Whether it is good or not depends on why they are staring. If they are staring for the simple fact that you are pretty, then I would say it is good. If they are staring because your body parts are hanging out for the world to see, then I would not consider this to be good, but I guess some people would.

More often than not, it's because of the way you dress and act. Even a very pretty girl can get buy without being stared at or bothered if she doesn't send out signals asking for it.
