No such bank. It's an imaginary bank name that's frequently used in advance fee fraud. If somebody's telling you that "bank" has money for you, they're trying to scam you and you should stop all communication with them immediately.

sorry pal does not exist the only thing that i can think of is that it could be part of another association and the pheonix alliance trust could just be one branch of it or it could be in a big office building where they operate on 1 floor or something but i will try to find out for you
