can anyone remember a kids cartoon/programme called pigeon street?i think it was on in the 1980s?

Oh yes - it was my sole amibition in life to become long-distance clara! I loved the sounds of the pigeons and wasn't there a big brown dog in it with droopy ears and eyes?
