When I close a page on my computer, why can I still see part of that page on my screen?

basicly your machine is going slow and its resources are being use alot so i sugest removing programs that are taking up alot of procesor ussage.

The other two have stated correctly, your computer is 99% most likely just slow. A few tips.
1.you might have a virus, google "Free virus scan"
2.run disk clean up and disk defragment
3.if you have about $50-100 extra, just buy more RAM
4.if none of that helps, that might indicate its time to buy a new computer.
