Are you kidding? There are 24 episodes in each series. When you watch them on DVD they are shorter, because there are no ad breaks.

There are currently six season, each with 24 episodes. This is 144. Each season is a day, but the days are not concurrent. There is about 2 years between Season 5 and Season 6.
Each DVD Boxset contains 6 DVDS and a bonus disc. The episodes are between 40 and 42 minutes long without the ad breaks.

Episode 133 just aired on 3/12. While the show is in real time, the seasons aren't all days in a row. There was a two year gap between season 5 and the current season, season 6.
