I have tried to print documents and it will not go past the set up wizard. It prints the test past and then tells me to put that page in the scanner and hit the scan button..........then back at square one!! Any suggestions? It is new and i am ready to throw it out the window!!!

go to lexmark's website, and go to support and choose your printer. choose the live chat section. i just got done with them, and they are very helpful. if ure product is defective, they will even exchange it for free! (mine was defective) hope this helps!

Hi. Just turn it off then on and try a normal print. Open 'Notepad' and type a bit and try to print it. If the printer is installed correctly that should do it.

Edit: Choclover probably used "Start> Printers and FAXes>" and chose 'delete printing' from the window. You could try this.

This happened to me too but I'm really sorry, I can't remember what it was that I did to get it going!! Is there an option to cancel printing? It took me ages to suss it out but it's really simple and I'm kicking myself that I can't remember. So sorry, hope you sort it!!
BTW it's a really good printer once you get it going!!
