I have been scam victime by this website seller White wind digital where can i report it.?

I have found this websiteseller on internet WHITE WIND DIGITAL the adress whitewinddigital@hotmail.com the headquater of the company it's in russia saint petersburg they carry all cellephone branch and they have the lower price over the world.I have made an order nokia n92 paid the full amount $574 i sended money to saint petersburg as soon as they got the money i dindn't hear any more i just want to help others to be aware of it.I olso want to know if there's any way to stop it by remove the website or add note to let people know that it's scam website.

I think most people know better than to order stuff through the Internet from Russia.
