OH my goodness, you remind me of a friend of mine. We were eating pizza and the one pizza was pineapple. But on the sticker on the side of the box it said "pepperoni pineapple -pepperoni" and he said "well that's stupid, why would the put the pepperoni on it just to take it off" And my reply to you is going to be the same as my reply to him was. Sweet tea is regular tea with sugar added. Tea is made from tea leaves and is naturally unsweetened. Alot of companies add sugar when it's prebrewed and packaged. If you use a tea bag however you need to add the amount of sugar to your own taste.
