is there a monthly bill for playing the sims and do you have to play with other people online?

Nope you play it all on your own at no charge. The only time you need to pay for anything, is if you join a subscription site like www.thesimsresource.com (they also have free stuff), from which you can download additional clothing and furniture etc. It's a great game I love it!

Once you purchase Sims 2 you can play it forever without fee.
No you cannot play it online.

no you dont play with other people, when you play on pc, and theres no monthly bill, all you do is buy the game install it, then play when you want to.
