I dont see how you can lose that much weight in 3 wks, it takes time. you gotta do it healthy. eat healthy, excersize alot and drink 8 cups of water.

not eating will NOT make you lose weight, there are a millions ways to "trim pounds" but the only way you can actually lose weight is by burning more calories than you take in.
if you refuse to eat, your body will go into something like a "safe mode" where it thinks it's starving. you scare it into conserving all of the fat it can and burning no calories. not only will you feel hungry all the time, you'll feel tired.
the best way to keep the pounds off and not starve is eat a big breakfast, a normal sized lunch, a SMALL dinner, and no snacks. i repeat, NO SNACKS.

the most important meal is, you guessed it, breakfast. it starts up your metabolism so it runs throughout the day breaking down calories and fat into energy. if you do nothing, then it will stay in the slow and dormant state it was in while you were sleeping all the way until you finally eat something (around noon if you miss breakfast.)

if you snack between meals, you also hinder your metabolism by fueling it too much, so instead of breaking down stored calories (I.E. fat) it's breaking down the new ones.

a sensible dinner is not something tiny like a carrot stick but its also not a huge burger and fries. eat something small and see how you feel in a few minutes, like a small sandwich, and if your still HUNGRY (not just "i could eat...") then have something else.

as a side note, fruits and veggies are of course your friends when trying to lose weight, mainly acidic ones like oranges and pickles. the acid in these takes MORE calories to digest than they actually contain, so your body has to work harder at it. that's called a "negative calorie" food.

lastly, exercise is a very important piece to losing weight. walking, running, situps, jumping jacks, they all burn calories. walking and running will do the best for you, along with swimming and some active sports. if you want to see that 20 pounds drop off in 3 weeks, you'll need to work out nearly every day, and you'll have to do it hard until you're ready to drop each time.

I hope i've been some help, this is all medically justified (I'm a hospital corpsman in the US Navy, that's where i get my information.)

good luck, all of that i just typed is easy to start, but keeping at it is the real test. you CAN lose the weight, you just have to want it bad enough to discipline yourself into doing it.

Stop eating starches, sugar, and fried foods. Bake or boil everything. Do not eat within 3 hours of bedtime. 30 minutes or exercise (more than just walking) daily will speed it up also. Do not let people convince you to starve yourself. Just eat healthy and start exercise daily and you'll be able to lose 3-5 lbs per week.

What my friend did was to not eat too much proprotions. You can try not eating all that you would usually eat. Also, you can keep away from foods that would try to tempt you. You can not eat a certain type a thing can work too. She also exercises in the gym so I don't about paying someone else.

trying to lose that much weight especially that quickly is usually very unhealthy for anyone, maybe you should take a healthier approach to weight loss, instead of focussing on loosing weight fast you should focus on losing weight in a healthy manner and learning how to keep it off in the process, take a class on nutrition, and weight management

Wrong board by the way.
