I've had three children I put quite a lot of weight on with the first and slightly less with the second and third( I learned my lesson!)
I now still have quite a flat and normal tummy (for an old dear of 37) thanks to Pilate's.
I go once or twice a week I have a really good instructor who is a physiotherapist by trade. The are about 15 in our class.
It's also good for helping with back ache and it's not to strenuous.
If you are normally a very thin person you will probably snap back into shape with no effort at all.
All my very slim friends who have babies seem to have lovely flat tummies within a few months ( I wear uniform for work and there are communal changing rooms)

I am also a naturally thin person, but after I had my first baby, I was left with a lot of saggy skin. It is awful! I had a fairly large baby and he grew very fast towards the end of my pregnancy, but I still haven't been able to get the skin to shrink back down and my son is almost 2. I've just started working out again, so hopefully I can get my stomach back to a somewhat normal shape. You are one of the lucky ones that kept her figure. Hopefully you won't have any problems with your second pregnancy. Good Luck!

I think you will be fine unless you gain a ton of weight.
