well i just got it and when i plug it into the computer to put songs on it it just starts to charge and when the battery is full it says battery ful nothing appears on the screen about my ipod being plugged in or anything. it is just so frusturating. i have itunes and visited the store and bought songs but they wont download on my ipod. please help

on your ipod, go to About then scroll down and see of you are using the right format. Like if you hsve Windows amke sure it says windows or Macontosh, if u are using Macontosh

With the Ipod, It should come with a CD. Just put it in and follow what it says and after it should work with Itunes. You have to set it up. When it is successfully putting the songs on your Ipod it should say Do Not Disconnect.
