No, as chocolate is a vegetable and we are trying to get children to eat more veggies it should not be age restricted (chocolate is made from cocoa beans, sugar, milk which cows make from grass, all plants) especially as we know veggies are good for you!

I don't think it should - no. It's all in the mind if you're addicted to something. It's the person telling themselves they NEED it when in actual fact they just REALLY want it.
It is very tasty though. Especially mint chocolate.

Young children should Not have chocolate. The sugar AND caffeine are big reasons.
