I am so very tired-taking care of so many people --about to lose my?

yeah , they cut u off just in time--wh. can i say I am so very tired--can u relate--or give me something to hang on to--or are u just as callous and indifferent as they said u would be --tell me --

i am so tired of people using me and then when i stop the help they make me feel bad for even trying...but i keep on doing it anyway...

Sounds like you have caretakers overload. Are you in a situation where you feel you have to take care of someone or are you volunteering your good self for someone Else's care. Either way it sounds like you need help. When my father couldn't take care of himself anymore he became a 24/7 patient overnight. I was so tired and felt alone. So, I hired some help with the nights because what good was I if I became so tired I could take care of either one of us. Breath in from the nose, out from the mouth, repeat, slow slow. Think of nothing at all or think of one easy word over and over and your body will respond. good luck

trying to help people and they say they dont need it but when it blows up in their face they blame it on me cause i didn't help when they said they didn't need my help in the first place!!!!
