Well, the 2012 calendar will end in 2012. On December 31st, actually. Then the 2013 calendar will start. Not sure what you mean by "yearly calendar," but there's nothing special about 2012.

A printed paper calendar might end, but they'll just publish one for the next year (or not, if they go out of business).
Time doesn't end and therefore calendars don't end.
All this mis-information about the Mayan Calendar "ending" in 2012 is a bunch of hooey. It doesn't end. It's going from 12 Baktuns to 13 Baktuns, just like ours went from 1999 to 2000. Nothing happened then, nothing will happen in 2012.

Or are you referring to the perpetual calendar that some address books include? I think the tables are set up to only run to 2012 but that should start to change soon.
If you are asking because some fanatic told you the world would end in 2012, ignore him/er. Even if the world does end, the calendar will continue, there will just be nobody to care.
