Have you considered EBAY? If not, then you can go to any used book store and get cash for the books and a local pawn shop for the CDs. A lot of music stores will take CDs for resale. It would help if I knew what kind of books they are.......If they were antique or out of print books, they are probably worth a lot more sold seperately.

Try ebay! You may have better luck (and make more money) splitting them in lots based on theme and CD's usually sell well!

Check out other auctions similar to what you will be selling and set your pricing based on that! You can also get a good idea of the demand that way too!
