Flight Simulator X versus 2004?

Question

I am looking to purchase Flight Simulator. I want to download it onto my Visat running new dell latop with 2gb ram and dual core processor. The downside is the graphics cadr is 128mb dedicated graphics. Is there anyway i can get it to use some of the ram from my main ram.? anyway, i tries the dwmo of fsx on it, but it was really slow, is it worth getting fs2004 or 2002? will they run better? any help please.

I have 2004, and the graphics are nice.....
this would probably run a little easier on your pc also.....
