I am making a portrait of Marc Anthony and wanted to play the song "Valio la Pena" (which I already own i.e. have bought and it is on my computer) by pressing a button on the frame. Does anyone have an idea of how I would go about doing this? It would be like those singing fish that you put on the wall, sort of.

If you bought one of those LCD picture frames that would do it all. For about $100 you get a wood or plastic frame with a 5x7" LCD surface and a remote control. It can play music and let you switch from photo to photo (downloaded on USB port) through pushing buttons on that remote.
The ones for about $100 have a 460x230 pixel display. The ones for about $150 have a 480x640 pixel display.
