the best fuel savers are between your ears and at the end of your right leg , keep your tire pressure up , your oil and filters clean , your engine tuned up , your wheel bearings lubed and your front end aligned . avoid race car starts and drive like there is an egg under your foot.

I'm not sure what you are referring to as a "fuel saver" but a performance part like a cold air intake would give you better mileage. Just make sure to keep the filter clean.. Most of those have filters that have shorter service intervals. Cold air has more densely packed oxygen which burns better in the engine making better use of the fuel. Other performance parts can save you fuel as long as you don't chip the computer or change injectors to increase your fuel rate.

Since a cold air intake is a performance enhancer it could serve to be a fuel saver if you drive the car right. If what you are really referring to is a device of some sort, they just don't work, so save your money.
