Don't know if you mean that you are addicted or if it is in general ... but it is always the conception that addictions are just the symtom of a much more serious problem , and until that problem is solved you cannot escape the addiction, or addictions, whatever the case may be. In any case I would think professional help would be the only avenue for help. Also the addiction itself is important ...if only slight you may be able to live with it...however, if it involves substance abuse or anything that is is affecting your everyday life, steps should be taken to eliminate the problem.

I start every morning with strong coffee before I do anything else and I eat as much chocolate as I can tolerate without getting thrush or sick to my stomach. Does that mean that I'm addictive or that I'm addicted? There is a difference although I like to think that the ladies find me addictive.

I am addictive because I am not. Your addiction is your act of seeking what makes me addictive. The fact that you cannot find this draws you to me even more as you have made a pact with yourself to dedicate your life to finding what makes me addictive. Since I am not, you will spend the rest of your life being addicted to me.

I was going to ask this question, why are you 'yahoo answers' so addictive. My answer: I have nothing better to do.
It goes the same thing with you. You're addicted to that person because no one better could satisfy your gratification above him or you get from him. I guess?
